Thank you for your reservation inquiry for your flotilla of ________ boats at
Magothy Marina for the night(s) of __________________________________________.
We have a few small requests to aid us in making your visit to Magothy Marina
both relaxed and trouble free.
1) Reservation Deposit - We ask for a deposit of $25.00 per boat, per night, at least two weeks prior to your visit in the form of a single check from the fleet captain. This deposit may be returned in full provided a 48 hour advance notice is given, otherwise a half charge will be accessed.
2) Payment of Balance - We kindly ask that your fleet captain arrange to settle the balance of the flotilla dockage and electricity charges by the close of the business day your fleet arrives.
Slips will be available by 12 noon on the day of your arrival and must be vacated
by 12 noon on the day of your departure. Please contact the marina on VHF 16
when your flotilla is within range to allow our dockmaster and dockstaff to
prepare for your arrival. The dockmaster will coordinate the docking of your
flotilla. Although every effort will be made to assign the vessels in your flotilla
in close proximity, this will not always be possible.
Our transient rates are $1.25 per foot, per night for dockage. The electrical
charges are $5.00 per night for the first 30-amp service and $3.00 per night
for each additional 30-amp service. All rates are per vessel.
We honor Visa and MasterCard and accept personal checks. If there is anything
further we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to call us. We look forward
to accommodating your fleet and will do our best to make your stay a most pleasant
one.
To better accommodate you, we will need the length and beam of each vessel
in your fleet. We would also like to know if there are any unique characteristics
of a particular boat such as: a side access or 50-amp service. To assist you
in collecting this information, we have enclosed a boat schedule.
Please complete and return to us along with your deposit. As any changes occur,
you can alert us by phone.
