I’ve noticed that no matter how many planners or reminders I set, my focus falls apart halfway through the day. Sometimes I can push through, but most days I just feel drained. I’ve been trying to balance a side project with my regular job, and I keep hitting that wall where my energy just disappears. I’m starting to think it’s less about doing more and more about finding the right routines to keep me steady. Has anyone found a good way to create that balance without burning out?
